Laugh & Learn Academy

What a fun start to St. Patrick’s Day week! Today we sorted and counted Lucky Charms cereal shapes, and we answered math questions about them. The best part was getting to eat them when we were finished! We also listened to a read aloud of Molly and the St. Patrick’s Day Surprise, and we did Jack Hartmann’s St. Patrick’s Day Dance and Freeze.

It’s that time…..time to sign up for our after school program. We pick up pre-k students from Andalusia Elementary on our bus, and AES students in grades K-6 are transported by school bus to Laugh & Learn Academy.

We also pick up on our Laugh & Learn Academy bus at Straughn (grades Pre-K through 6th grade) for our after school program and for tutoring services at The Learning Table.

Remember , we also transport our after school students to extracurricular activities they need to attend while at L&L.

Please drop by Laugh & Learn at 1205 East Three Notch Street for a registration packet, or reach out to us and we will get a packet to you.

Laugh & Learn Academy After School
Program parents, please don’t forget to sign up your kiddos for the bus ride from AES to us next school year!

Yesterday was National Strawberry Ice Cream Day, so our after school kiddos enjoyed a cup of the good stuff and colored pictures to celebrate.

Some of the after school kids had a blast making “snowflakes” using toothpicks and marshmallows, but their favorite part was getting to eat the marshmallows afterwards.

We have had parents express interest in renting our bus for rolling during homecoming week. We will provide the driver, and the bus seats 14, so it’s a great way for friends to have fun together by going rolling in the same vehicle. (There is a huge compartment in the back that opens from the outside to transport plenty of toilet paper.) PM me if you would like a quote. You will just need to provide the date, the window of time for rolling, and how many kids and adults will be transported.

Let us know if you need after school care for your kids. We pick up pre-k from Andalusia Elementary, Pre-k through 6th grade at Straughn Elementary, and Opp Elementary. AES students in Grades K-6 are transported to us by city school buses. We offer sibling discounts, and we are open until 6PM Monday-Friday at 1205 East Three Notch Street in Andalusia.
