56th Annual Andalusia Christmas Tournament
One of the longest running tournaments in the state of Alabama. It will take place December 8th through the 10th. We appreciate all the the team that are coming to participate in this illustrious tournament.
DECEMBER 8th
Game 1
Georgiana vs. Monroe County at 3:30pm
Game 2
Opp vs. Straughn at 5:00pm
Game 3
Greenville vs. Hillcrest Evergreen at 6:30pm
Game 4
Andalusia vs. Red Level at 8:00pm

The varsity girls will play their Sub Regional match up at Saint James. The game will be at 6pm. All tickets will be sold only on the GoFan App.

I will not be able to make it to the Straughn-Andalusia basketball games tonight and need a favor. I need a parent to take pictures of the girls’ and boys’ games for me to use in the newspaper.
I ask that you email me five to ten pictures from each game to choose from. Please be sure to include both Straughn and Andalusia players in the pictures. If you can help, please let me know as soon as possible.
The Straughn head coaches said they would send me pictures of the books, so I can write an article on the games.

The ticket sales for the upcoming game at Georgiana will be by GoFan only. There will not be tickets sold at the door.

The home basketball games next week are being moved to away due to the floor not being finished. The Games at Florala on Dec. 13 and games at Samson on Jan. 27 will now be at home.

Attention girls basketball parents: we will be having a rather short meeting Thursday to discuss our Jan. 3 game. The meeting will begin at 7pm. That should give my middle school parents time to get there as well. Thank you for your support

Come out and support your Lady Tigers Monday Feb. 15 at Saint James. We will play at 6pm. Tickets will be on sale on the GoFan app. Once we get the code we will post. There are 73 tickets allotted for each team.

Thank you to the Straughn Faithful for coming out and supporting our girls! They played extremely hard and left it all on the floor tonight! Thank you to our student section for loud and rowdy as well!!! We will play @ Saint James on Monday not sure of time just yet.

The first round of the girls area tournament will be played Monday 2-8 @5:30pm vs Dale County here at home. The boys will travel to Geneva Tuesday and play at 6pm.
