S*K 2026 3A Team to Watch

Andale enters the 2026 season as the defending Class 3A state champion after completing a perfect 13-0 season and capturing the program's ninth state football title. While the Indians return just six starters, including three on offense and three on defense, they also welcome back 59 lettermen from a program that has become the standard in Class 3A.

Head coach Dylan Schmidt begins his 10th season at Andale and 11th overall as a head coach with an outstanding 113-10 career record, including a remarkable 110-4 mark with the Indians. Schmidt is a multiple time S*K 3A Coach of the Year winner with 6 state titles already in his career. Schmidt is supported by one of the state's most experienced coaching staffs, including Tim Fairchild, Derek Deegan, Tyler Ryan, Chris Joly, Beau Kerschen, Tucker O'Hair, Chad Stanley, Scott Allaire, Adam Krol and Mason Fairchild, as Andale looks to continue its championship tradition.

Although Andale must replace a senior class that lost just two games over the past four seasons, the Indians return several proven standouts. Senior Jrayton Dansel earned All-State honors after leading the team with 81 tackles while also collecting first-team All-AVCTL recognition on both sides of the ball. Senior Brody Winter returns after earning All-State honors on the offensive line, while senior Afton Allaire is back after receiving All-State recognition at running back. Juniors Parker Lies and Cruz Kaiser also return after All-State seasons, with Kaiser expected to contribute as a playmaker on offense, defense and special teams. Junior Noah Stanley emerged as a standout on special teams last season and is expected to take on an expanded role in 2026 as the Indians reload for another title defense.

This year, we've updated our Booster Club membership options to make it easier for everyone to get involved.

Whether you're looking to volunteer, become a member, or take advantage of apparel discounts, there's a support level that's right for you.

One exciting addition is our Volunteer Only option. If you'd like to help support our students and school events but don't necessarily want a paid membership, you can now officially sign up as a Booster Club volunteer.

Memberships for the 2026–2027 school year will be available during the Spirit Wear Sale on Wednesday, August 5, from 8:00 AM–6:00 PM at Andale High School.
