This includes, but is not limited to, the institutions people create, their relationships with their environments and one another, the cultures they develop, the decisions and actions they take, and the ways they understand and view the world. Congratulations to Professor Paul Dunscomb who presented "Squeeze Play: The Crisis in Japanese Professional Baseball of 2004 and the Resilience of Heisei Japan" as part of the Spring Webinar Series for the Japan Studies Association. Congratulations to Professor Ray Ball who presented "The Charity of Performance and the Performance of Charity: Theaters, Hospitals, and Poor Relief in Colonial Latin America" at the annual meeting of the American Historical Association.
