Next week, the clubs continue their professional development series by hosting a panel of current UAA Psychology Graduate Students on a session about advice for getting into graduate school. We'll be discussing what graduate school is, why you might want to go, and things to consider at every stage of your undergraduate career if your plan is to continue on to graduate school. Questions from the audience are also very welcome!

Have YOU ever wondered how undergraduate students get involved in research? Well, wonder no more! Join UAA Psychology professors who conduct research with students and students who are actively involved in research for our next session. Bring your questions! Our panelists will be answering candidly and giving advice for everyone interested in learning more about how to conduct research that helps change our university, our community, and the world!

The Spring 2022 semester is rapidly approaching! Do you know what courses you're taking next? Join us for a group advising session with our UAA Psychology Department Faculty to get advice about course options, department specialties, and strategies for choosing classes in Spring. Event hosted Thursday October 21 at 5p on Zoom.

Next week, the clubs are hosting a full week of SELF-CARE events to help recharge and refresh after our midterm events. Join us in the club Discord server to participate in the self-care activities and build connections with others. On Thursday Oct 14 @5, we'll be hosting a get-together to help unwind.

Join UAA Psychology Club and Psi Chi for a Walk in the Park!
October 7th at University Lake Park. Arrive at 5.
Walk the 1 mile, well-maintained, trail loop around the lake with us. Dog friendly park. We are meeting at University Lake Park at 5, and starting our hike at 5:15. Masks required. The Park is just a few minutes walk from campus and the dorms.
