Important Update for Our Carousel Families

Last night, Saturday the 10th, at around 5:30 pm, an unfortunate incident occurred when a driver, under the influence, crashed into our building after driving through our neighbor's fence and hitting a concrete barrier. The crash caused significant damage to our front preschool classroom.

Thankfully, no one was in the building at the time. The driver was apprehended by caring neighbors and a passerby and was taken to the hospital.

We have started the cleanup process and are working hard to reopen tomorrow. The damage is limited to one classroom, and we are focused on making the building safe for everyone. If you can keep your children at home tomorrow, it would be helpful as we continue our work.

We're excited to announce openings for Lead Teachers and Teaching Assistants (TAs) at our child care center in Anchorage, Alaska. We offer a supportive environment where you can thrive while making a difference in children's lives.

Lead Teacher Position:

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in childcare.
Responsibilities: Supervise and engage children, ensure safety, manage classroom activities, and maintain communication with parents. Lead the development and ex*****on of educational programs.
Qualifications: Must complete the Thread Learn and Grow program within 1 year and 24 hours of annual training.

Teaching Assistant Position:

Experience Required: None; on-the-job training provided.
Responsibilities: Support Lead Teacher in all aspects of classroom management, ensure child safety, and assist in the implementation of daily activities and educational programs.
Qualifications: Required to complete 24 hours of annual training from an approved source.
