Turnagain Elementary School is the home of the ASD’s Russian Language Partial Immersion Program. For Immersion Programs, PLC Monday is particularly crucial for aligning specialized curriculum. During PLC Mondays, immersion teachers use the dedicated planning hour to analyze language-specific student data, collaborate across grade levels, and fine-tune their teaching strategies since their curriculum differs from general classrooms.
