ProStart is a nationwide, two-year program for high school students that develops the best and brightest talent into tomorrow’s foodservice leaders.
The ProStart® program, administered by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) and Alaska CHARR, is a two-year curriculum designed to teach high school students the management skills needed for a career in the restaurant and foodservice industry. TEAM ALASKA is headed to Baltimore!
Our ProStart students have earned the honor of representing Alaska at the National ProStart Invitational this April — competing against top culinary and management teams from across the country.
Now it’s our community’s turn to step in.
Travel from Alaska to the East Coast is no small journey, and we’re asking our hospitality family and friends to help send these students to Nationals.
