🔹 Fi****ms Tip of the Day: Your Eyes Lead the Gun
Where your eyes go, the firearm follows.
One of the most common mistakes shooters make is looking at the gun, the holster, or over-checking the sights during movement or presentation. Instead:
* Pick your target with your eyes first
* Lock visual focus where you want the round to go
* Bring the firearm into your line of sight
* Confirm your sight picture and press smoothly
Your hands will naturally work toward what your eyes are focused on.
Target focus first. Then let the gun come to your eyes—not your eyes to the gun.
Train your vision with intention. Faster sight acquisition starts there.

🔹 Fi****ms Tip of the Day: Safe Storage Is Part of Responsible Ownership
Owning a firearm for protection also means securing it responsibly when it’s not in your control.
A firearm should be accessible to you—but not to unauthorized hands.
A few simple habits make a big difference:
• When not in “use”, secure it
• Store fi****ms in a secure safe, lock box, or with a locking device
• Keep them out of reach of children and unauthorized users
• Store ammunition separately whenever practical
• Know exactly where your firearm is at all times
• Know the condition of your firearm at all times
• Make secure storage part of your daily routine—not an afterthought
Quick access matters.
So does preventing unauthorized access.
Responsible firearm ownership doesn’t stop at the range or when you leave the house—it continues at home with safe storage.
Secure it every time

🔹 Fi****ms Tip of the Day: Practice Your First Shot—Not Just Your Follow-Up
Most range time gets spent firing strings of rounds after the gun is already up and on target.
But in a defensive encounter, your first shot is usually the one that matters most.
Practice from a realistic starting position:
* Hands relaxed at your sides or occupied
* Clear your cover garment (if you carry concealed)
* Establish a solid grip before the draw
* Present to the target smoothly
* Focus on a clean, accurate first trigger press
Speed is useful.
Accuracy on demand is essential.
Train for the first shot… because that’s the one you may not get to redo.

🔹 Fi****ms Tip of the Day: Check Your Gear Before You Need It
Your firearm might be ready… but is the rest of your gear?
Take 60 seconds today to check:
* Is your firearm clean and functioning properly?
* Is your optic or sight secure?
* Is your magazine fully seated and in good condition?
* Is your holster retaining properly?
* If you carry with a light, does the battery still work?
Small equipment failures become big problems at the worst possible time.
Confidence comes from knowing your gear works before you need to rely on it.
Inspect it. Maintain it. Trust what you carry.

Today, we honor and remember the sacrifices of our soldiers and express our gratitude and condolences to the families of those who never made it home.
Memorial Day is a day of remembrance for the men and women who died while serving our country.
98 year old World War II veteran, David Yoho, sums up Memorial Day. "Tell them about veterans and say to them that we gave up our yesterdays for your tomorrows”. And when they ask where you heard that? While saluting and fighting back tears Yoho says "Tell them it was a 16-year-old boy in the heart and mind and body of a 98-year-old veteran of World War II."
Take a moment of silence today to honor and remember all those who gave up their tomorrow for your today.

🔥 Fi****ms Tip of the Day 🔥
Don’t just practice shooting at targets standing still. Real-life situations are unpredictable. Practice drawing safely, moving, using cover, and shooting from different positions.
Perfect range conditions don’t prepare you for imperfect real-world conditions.
Train realistically.

🔥 Fi****ms Tip of the Day 🔥
Owning a firearm for self-defense means more than just carrying it. It means being able to use it safely, responsibly, and effectively under stress.
A few minutes at the range once in a while isn’t enough. Real confidence comes from consistent training:
✔ Safe handling
✔ Proper trigger control
✔ Target identification
✔ Decision-making under pressure
✔ Knowing when not to shoot
Remember:
You don’t rise to the occasion in a critical moment — you fall back on your level of training.
Train with purpose. Carry with responsibility. Stay prepared. 🇺🇸

🔫 Fi****ms Tip of the Day 🔫
Your firearm is only part of your self-defense plan — your awareness is the real first line of defense.
Stay alert. Stay off your phone in public. Pay attention to exits, people’s behavior, and anything that feels “off.” Avoiding a dangerous situation is always better than having to react to one.
Situational awareness buys you time.
Time gives you options.
Options save lives.
Train your mind as much as you train your trigger finger.
Train hard. Stay safe. Stay responsible.
