Puffin Heights has immediate openings for Classroom Assistants!

We will be selecting an individual who exhibits a provable history of honest/clear communications skills, a positive attitude, extraordinary patience, and a healthy respect for the child's independence.

This position will require the candidate to do light housekeeping duties, lift up to 50 lbs without assistance, assist the children with inside/outside transitions and prepare the classroom for quiet time, prepare snacks (food handlers card required) and be able to pass a federal background check (required by the SOA/MOA)

We offer PTO, training opportunities, 3 weeks paid vacation yearly and a REALLY fun place to work!

We are seeking a natural nurturer to join our community.

We are a private Montessori preschool, so knowledge of the Montessori Method would be helpful but is not required.

We will be selecting an individual who exhibits a provable history of honest/clear communications skills, a positive attitude, extraordinary patience, and a healthy respect for the child's independence.
