Lunch class BJJ Gi 1130am - 1230pm
Kids BJJ Gi 5pm - 6pm
BJJ No Gi 6pm - 7pm
Adult classes optional rolling / open mat afterwards for around a half hour.

For the next two weeks at Anchorage Grappling Academy we will be focusing on bottom half guard.

Bottom half guard is adjacent to some really good positions for you and a really bad position for you. Recognizing the steps your training partners need to take is the first part of the battle. See you on the mat, osss!
