Holy Rosary Academy Alaska Forming students in faith, reason, & virtue with classical education in the Roman Catholic Tradition.

Founded by parents, this school exists to assist and complement the primary educators: the parents. Students learn to live a vibrant Catholic life through attendance at Mass, prayer, study, camaraderie and apostolic work. The teachers employ the basic tools of the Trivium, a course of study that follows the three-lane path of grammar, logic, and rhetoric. The Trivium honors the natural stages of c

hildren’s intellectual development: developing memory (grammar), sound reasoning (logic), and communication skills (rhetoric). Surrounded by well-qualified and faith-filled faculty and staff, the students are prepared to pursue their vocation and continue a lifelong love of learning.

Our new campus is officially open.
Last Wednesday, we gathered with parents, alumni, donors, and friends from across Anchorage to bless our new home, cut the ribbon, and give tours of the building that will carry Holy Rosary Academy into its next four decades.

Thank you to U.S. Senator Dan Sullivan for his keynote, and to the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce and the Office of the Mayor for joining us. Thank you to every family who has prayed, given, and worked to make this campus real.

Thank you also to Peter, Vernon, and Paul Hickel of Hickel Construction and Engineering, who reshaped this building for us, from the lunchroom to the mosaic on our Founder and Donor Wall to the chapel now taking shape.

Nearly 40 years ago, parents founded this school. This new campus continues their legacy of forming children in faith, reason, and virtue.

There is room here now. Room to grow, and room for your family.

Holy Rosary Academy is opening the doors to its new campus, and we'd love for you to celebrate with us.

Join us on Wednesday, August 19 at 12:00 PM for our Ribbon Cutting & Campus Dedication Ceremony as we mark this exciting milestone with students, families, alumni, supporters, and community members.

The celebration will include a campus blessing, official ribbon cutting, guided tours, light refreshments, and remarks from esteemed members of the community.

Whether you're part of the Holy Rosary Academy community or simply want to see the Academy's new home, you're invited to join us.
