Advanced phases with small groups of seasoned students means the students learn to plan, prep, and purchase everything for evening activities, while the instructors get to watch the chaos unfold.
This provides students opportunities to learn planning, budgeting, decision-making, teamwork, time management, basic life logistics, and so much more. Ideally they bring all of these skills back to their homes and families!
