As many of you know, our Lumen Christi family continues to grow! Both our elementary and high school programs are nearly at capacity as more families seek the faith-filled, academically strong, and supportive environment our schools provide.

A limited number of openings have recently become available in the high school, and while spots can occasionally open unexpectedly due to family moves or changing circumstances, they don’t tend to last long.

What an INCREDIBLE end to our Jog-A-Thon season! 🎉🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Together, our school raised an amazing $58,681 with 100% participation — and we hit BOTH of our school goals! We are beyond grateful for the incredible support from our students, families, friends, sponsors, and community members who rallied behind our school.

A huge shoutout to our top student fundraisers who worked so hard supporting our school:

🥇 Hudson A— 43 donations totaling an incredible $3,157! Many of Hudson’s donations came from business sponsors — amazing work!

🥈 Carter E. — 22 donations and incredible enthusiasm and effort throughout the Jog-A-Thon!

We also loved watching the friendly competition between classes these past few weeks. Our 1st Grade class held onto the #1 fundraising spot until the very end! 👏

Because we reached our goals, students will enjoy:
🍧 A Kona Ice snow cone truck on Field Day
⚽ Brand new soccer nets for next school year!

Last week during Teacher Appreciation Week, our staff was absolutely spoiled by the generosity of our amazing school families! With so much going on, we are finally getting a chance to send out a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who helped make the week so special. From morning coffee, fresh fruit, and pastries to delicious catered lunches and sweet treats throughout the week, every gesture meant so much to our teachers and staff.

There are simply too many families to name individually, but please know how truly thankful we are for each and every one of you who contributed. This is always one of our favorite weeks of the year as we get to spend time together enjoying all the thoughtful surprises and feeling so appreciated by our incredible community.

A special thank you to our school family at Alaskan Burger & Brew for sponsoring one of our delicious staff treats. It is always extra special when one of our own families shares their business and generosity with us!

We are beyond blessed by this community and all the love and support you show our staff year after year. 💙

Happy Retirement to Mrs. Bradshaw! After many years of dedication to our school community as a parent volunteer, teacher, and principal, she has touched countless lives and left a lasting impact through her faith, leadership, and love of learning. We are so grateful for all she has given to our school and wish her nothing but joy and blessings in this next chapter of life. 💙
