Ladies - the week of your wedding can be a little hectic, even for the best planner. Don't kill your meal plan, be prepared.
No-Bake Oatmeal Protein Bars
Total Time: 3 hrs. 10 min.
Prep Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: None
Ingredients:
2 scoops Chocolate Shakeology� (contact me for a free sample)
1 cup egg white powder
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
2 Tbsp. wheat germ
2 Tbsp. flaxseed
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup raw honey
¼ cup all-natural almond butter
2 ripe large bananas, mashed
Nonstick cooking spray
Preparation:
1. Combine Shakeology, egg white powder, oats, wheat germ, flax seed, and cinnamon in a large bowl; mix well.
2. Add almond milk, honey, almond butter, and bananas; mix well with a spatula or clean hands.
3. Place in an 8 x 8-inch pan that is lightly coated with spray. Cover with plastic wrap and press down to flatten into pan. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
4. Cut into twelve bars.

Need to curb your sugar cravings but stay on track for your fitting? Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bites to the rescue!
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 36 minutes
Servings: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
– ½ cup finely chopped raw almonds
– 1 tbsp. coconut sugar
– 1 tbsp. extra-virgin organic coconut oil melted
– ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
– ¾ cup reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
– 2 tbsp. raw honey
– 1½ cups finely chopped fresh strawberries
Instructions:
1) Prepare 6 muffin cups by lining with silicone or parchment cupcake liners. Set aside.
2) Combine almonds, sugar, oil, and cinnamon in a small bowl; mix well.
3) Divide almond mixture evenly between muffin cups. Set aside.
4) Combine yogurt and honey in a small bowl; mix well.
5) Evenly top almond mixture with yogurt mixture and strawberries.
6) Freeze for 6 hours, or until firm.
7) Remove from cupcake liners to serve.

Ladies consistency is key! This is Lindsey, she made a decision and has stuck with it. She has missed only 4 of her scheduled workouts this year and is a busy mama! Also - I will admit she is on one of my favorite programs of all!
Who visited a caterer this week? Did you have a heart-attack? Save some dough, don't have a sit-down dinner, instead let your guests mingle and serve hors d'oeuvres!

Flying for your wedding? But you don't want to trash all the hard work you have already put in? Here are some of my top travel tips!
1. Bring your own snacks! - lean protein, whole grains, fruit and veggies. This will help you avoid the salt overload that is waiting for you at the airport store.
2. Stick with the low-sugar, nonalcoholic drinks.
3. Don't be tempted to order the greasy options at the restaurant, you'll appreciate this on the flight!
4. Avoid the plane snacks - ask yourself if you are actually hungry, or are you just eating it because its being handed to you!
