Aikido North is moving to a new location over the Holidays !!

Hi folks,
We’ll be restarting the Sunday Weapons training next week, May 22nd. (2-3:30 pm).
We’ll be at the west end of Balto Seppala Park off of the Milky Way Dr parking lot.

Aikido North will resume regular classes (full contact with masks) on Monday January 3rd.

Mon & Wed: 6:30 - 8:00 pm
Sunday: 2:00 - 3:30 pm

Sunday outdoor weapons class at Balto Seppala park (2pm) will continue, weather permitting. Please bring a mask.

Due to current Covid-19 impact, indoor classes are canceled. Schedule and re-opening will be reviewed regularly, check back for further updates.

Atemi in Aikido - This series of lessons will focus on how the principles and application of atemi are integral to a vibrant and effective aikido practice. Striking, kicking, and blocking techniques will be explored within the framework of aikido principles, with an emphasis on the effective application of energy when striking, and the controlled absorption of that energy when blocking.
