Anchorage Christian Taekwondo

Went to the Taekwondo State Championship tournament today. Witnessed the part of TKD I missed, and witnessed the parts that make me glad I retired. 😀. Good things are happening in the State of Alaska TKD.

Maria wanted a cross tree this year.

This past Monday night I taught my last class in Taekwondo. 30 years went by fast. I’ve enjoyed the last 15 years teaching at my own club. I’ve really enjoyed all the people I’ve met, worked out with, sparred with, learned from, and taught. I’ll miss you all.

So true. Can’t tell you how many people I’ve seen over the years that only make it to 1st degree then quit.

Old School Taekwondo v/s Modern Taekwondo. Old School Taekwondo was deadly, It was the original form of Taekwondo, a fighting style which was solely invented for combat during the war period. .
