• White, Blue, or Black Gi only
• Carlson Gracie Team patches required
• Rash guard required under gi
• Uniform must be clean and in good condition
• No worn, faded, torn, or discolored uniforms

NoGi Classes
• Carlson Gracie Team rash guard required
• Spats/leggings required
• Black grappling shorts required
• No pockets, zippers, or metal
