Very proud of our Magi sports and these incredible student athletes! We are a small school that was hit hard by the response to the pandemic but this year we were still able to see pool records in swimming the 200m and the 500m because of our champion Bo Zheng, we finished 1st place in the 3200 in track and field and qualified in the long jump, and our ADCS Golf team won league today with a win against Pacifica Christian 182-199. Captains Stephen Luo and Alex Wu continue to lead the way along with Lorenzo Sinjem, Hwi Hur, Ethan Ju, Peter Oh and Supawit M. All have qualified for CIF and are athletes of great character. I’m excited for all our faculty and staff that have put in the hard work to educate these students, our pastors for ministering to them and our coaches and athletic director who paved the way!

Onto CIF! Thank you Jesus!

Proud of our ADCS golf team yesterday coached by Pastor Josh Sanchez and today coached by me. These young men got two more league wins 183-257 against our friends from Fairmont-SJC and 165-219 against our friends from Capistrano Valley Christian. They need to play better if they want to win state but i’m proud of them. I’m grateful to all our teachers and administrators at ADCS who support our team. Especially proud today of Tom Chappuis who made his debut as a golfer and played as our 6th man! Way to get on the board Tom! Captain Stephen led the way as usual, along with Inter, Ethan, Peter, Alex and Joseph and Lorenzo. We got a fun team and a great team. One more match this week against Pacifica! Let’s play our best! Thank you Jesus!

Amazing Anaheim Discovery Christian Magi Boys Basketball Team for the win vs our friends at Bethel Baptist today! I am proud of these young men i’ve seen grow up right before my eyes. We welcome back Coach Dante Perez from his trip!

Very excited to come to the church to print out my sermon notes for a message I get to preach tonight at SOON global movements youth conference and as i was sitting here, a new student for Anaheim Discovery Christian School came to check in! What a joy it is to meet this new 11th grader! They came at the perfect time during our break when I was randomly here! Thank you Jesus! One more for the good guys!
