Emma shared that her husband Ed Senger lost his valiant fight with cancer on Monday, May 18th. Ed was just shy of his 80th birthday and one of the nicest guys we knew.

Emma will be taking Ed back to his family plot in Devils Lake North Dakota. Our love and affection for Emma and Ed's family.

Very sorry to hear that our 1962 NHS classmate Jim Conley passed away on Sunday. We will provide more on his family’s plans when we receive more information.

Coach Arthur Lee Jessup
We just heard that our beloved Coach Art Jessup passed away recently after a brief stay in the hospital.

Coach Jessup taught Health and Boys Physical Education at Norwalk High during our days and was the JV Baseball Coach and the Assistant Football Coach our senior year (1961 – 1962).

Coach Jessup taught in the Norwalk La Mirada School District for most of his career and kept up with a number of his former students and teachers. More recently, he and his wife Marge attended our 50 Year Reunion in 2012.

He and his wife Marjorie live in the gated community of Casta del Sol, at 28575 Barbosa, Mission Viejo, CA 92692-1847 Home Phone No. (805) 927-0191

Services will be held this Saturday, 30 June at the Mission Hills Church, 24162 Alicia Pkwy, Mission Viejo, CA 92691. Phone No. (949) 586-4510

Richard Sneed and Pam Buttes O'Neill have asked all interested to meet at noon next Monday, June 18 at Norwalk Records (12142 Firestone Blvd) and, after meeting and greeting, walk/drive over to Pepe Jones (13220 San Antonio Dr) for lunch. If you haven't got plans next Monday, join us, and let Richard (562-477-7004) or Pam (949-474-0207) know you are coming.

Should be fun with a chance to catch up with classmates and friends.

NHS Reunion Classes of 1960 - 1964 November 4 DoubleTree Hotel at 6:00PM

Our thoughts and prayers are with Tom Bickenbach who had a minor stroke earlier this week. Tom is recuperating at the Kaiser Hospital in Downey and expects to be home early next week.

Get better buddy. We are thinking of you and hope to see you on the golf course soon!

Jim Painton called last night to report that Tony Silva passed away earlier this month. Tony's son (Mark Antonio) will be having a memorial for his dad at young Tony's home in Riverside this Saturday 3/28 starting at 4:00 pm. Let me know if wish to send a card or note to Tony's wife Sally or if you'd like the address to attend the memorial.
