Disneyland All-American College Band

We hope everyone had a safe and happy 4th of July!! 🇺🇸 This week the band starts concert sets at the Hollywood Backlot Stage in DCA! Stay tuned for this week’s guest clinician who will perform with the band on Thursday.

Some last minute rehearsal before their big debut! As the one and only Mickey Mouse says, “see ya real soon!” 🎺🎷🥁

We've been quiet for a few weeks as the band has been deep in rehearsal, but now it's official!! The 2022 Disneyland All-American College Band opens TOMORROW 6/21!! Come on out and welcome the members of the 2022 band as they bring summer to the Disneyland Resort.

We are thrilled to announce the return of the Disneyland All-American College Band! Presented by Yamaha, the band will once again welcome some of the top student musicians from across the country, joining an already exciting summer of entertainment at the Disneyland Resort!

This year's band has already been cast and we can't wait for them to arrive!

Yamaha Music USA Disneyland All-American College Band

We want to provide you with information regarding the All-American College Band. As you can imagine, a tremendous amount of advanced planning, recruitment and coordination is required to produce the All-American College Band each program year. Given there continues to be much uncertainty as to when our theme parks at the Disneyland Resort will be able to reopen, we have made the very difficult decision to suspend the All-American College Band program for 2021.

Given the great history of the program and having been an important part of our heritage, along with the talent and energy that participants bring each year, this was not an easy decision to make. We understand how disappointing this news may be for many of you, and we share your sentiment.

We remain committed to bringing the All-American College Band back in future years. Please stay in touch and keep an eye out for more information. We greatly appreciate your understanding during these continued times of uncertainty.

Dear participants, candidates and fans of the All-American College Band,

We want to provide you with an update regarding this year’s program. As these times continue to prove unprecedented and ever-changing, we have made the difficult decision to suspend the All-American College Band program for 2020. Due to the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and the amount of planning, coordination and travel involved in executing this program, we felt that this was the right decision to make at this time.

Given the history that Disneyland shares with the All-American College Band program, this decision was not made lightly, and we certainly understand how disappointing this will be for many. The band brings such incredible energy to our resort and joy to our guests each summer. The passion and talents of the band members will be greatly missed this year.

We encourage you to stay in touch and look for more information once it’s available. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated during this time of uncertainty.
