Homework help is being offered this Tuesday and Thursday at the Canyon Hills Library. This program is sponsored by the Canyon High School National Honor Society.

April is National Poetry Month and Canyon Hills Library Young Adult Council is celebrating by sponsoring a poetry contest for grades 1-12. Please see the flyer below and scan the QR code to enter your poem online. Contest ends April 30th.

You still have time for the Easter egg hunt at the Canyon Hills Library! No basket required as you just need to count the eggs. Wednesday, 4/5 is the last day to participate. Everyone gets a small prize and a chance to win the grand prize, an Easter Lego kit.

It’s time for another Super Smash Bros. Tournament for all ages. This tournament will be at the East Anaheim Library located at 8201 E. Santa Ana Canyon Road. The tournament begins at 2 pm. Thanks to the Canyon Hills Library Young Adult Council for sponsoring the tournament.

Test your college basketball knowledge by entering the March Madness Bracket Challenge at the Canyon Hills Library. Brackets can be picked up at the library or click on the link to download the bracket. Initial pairings will be announced on Sunday, March 12th. Your completed bracket must be returned by Wednesday, March 15. You can drop off your entry at the library or send it via email to [email protected], please include your name and either phone or email.

A Lunar New Year celebration at Canyon Hills Library is scheduled for Thursday, 1/19. Join us anytime from 3:30-5:00 pm for crafts and refreshments. A special performance by the Galaxy Arts Center musicians highlighting Chinese musical instruments will begin at 4:00 pm.

Join us in a celebration of life for Catherine St. Clair, our beloved Children’s Librarian, who passed away unexpectedly shortly after retiring in early December. Please feel free to stop by the library’s multipurpose room anytime today, 12/21 from 12-2 pm.
