Cheers to 2021! Making it a goal to keep my Kup half full and expect only good things ahead. I’ll be sharing all things related to fashion, beauty, and health (most likely dessert focused because my sweet tooth is off the charts). Fingers crossed it re-ignites your inner spark as much as it does for me OR encourages you to do some soul searching and explore what lights a spark in you 🤍

A recent Connelly grad is on her way to authoring her very first book, Stronger Than Trust: Igniting the Faith Within Us!
•
It is a book about faith—but not in the way most people perceive it. Channing Lee '19, a current student at Georgetown University, wrote this book because she believes there is so much negativity in the world—so much hatred, so much division, and so much polarization—yet there seems to be a lack of faith. Inspired by her time at Connelly, she felt compelled to write about an alternative to that: a mindset of faith.
•
She hopes that, after reading this book, readers will discover that faith can come in all different forms and that poeple can, and should, find faith in their own lives. Ultimately, she hopes her book can be a tool that helps people better understand the importance of faith in the modern world and how it is everything but outdated.
•
Stronger Than Trust is a nonfiction book that speaks to people of all backgrounds and ages—although young people especially—who want to look at faith in the modern world in a new way. In order to publish her book in paperback, hardcover, and audiobook form in April 2021 with her publisher, New Degree Press, Channing must raise $8,000 through crowdfunding by December 20. Please support a Connelly sister and pre-order her book through her pre-launch campaign at https://igg.me/at/strongerthantrust. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Dear Connelly sisters, your help is needed to save several boxes of Connelly photos/slides from throughout the years. The place we thought would store the photos/slides has fallen through and the photos are in need of a safe place to be stored otherwise they are in danger of being destroyed. We heard there was a Connelly alumna during the last days at Connelly who had offered to archive the photos/slides at one of the local universities (Chapman or CSUF?). If you are that alumna and can safely archive the photos/slides, please send a direct message. Or even if you’re not that alumna, but can safely store/archive the photos, please send a direct message. Thank you, Connelly girls!
