Experiments are useful.
Sedimentary layers in the Laboratory Segment taken from Evolution: Fact or Belief. The experiment demonstrates how flowing currents can deposit sedimentary layers rapidly.
Someone made a claim on a page I follow that said, more or less, that people leave Christianity because parents are teaching their kids YEC. The moderator of the page implemented a rule that prevented us from finishing the discussion. I bring it here for anyone who might be interested to read and discuss.
Before we read ancient texts of other kinds, we should read the Bible. It's the best text of its time... of any time.

The publisher for my book (which had a fair reputation before I got there, but it went south quickly after), it is no more. The model they used allowed the author, like a self-publishing company, to keep the rights to their book, so I can take the manuscript elsewhere. I'm using this as an opportunity to update the text.
