📍 Location: Yangon/South East Asia (Hybrid / Travel-based / Global)

🌍 Global Business Development Manager (B2B Partnerships) – (1) Post
🕘 Full-Time (Hybrid / International Scope)

📌 Job Descriptions:
🔹Represent Education Valley (GAC) to international education agents, institutions, and partners
🔹Develop and expand global B2B partnership network (agents, sub-agents, institutions)
🔹Promote GAC platform & programs across multiple international markets
🔹Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with education agents
🔹Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure long-term engagement
🔹Train and guide agents to improve application quality and conversion rates
🔹Ensure all applications meet GAC standards and compliance requirements
🔹Develop and implement student recruitment strategies in target regions
🔹Use digital platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram) for partner communication and engagement
🔹Analyze market data, student pipeline, and recruitment performance
🔹Identify new markets and expand GAC’s global presence
🔹Support webinars, seminars, and international recruitment activities
🔹Perform other related duties assigned by management

✅ Job Requirements:
🔸Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
🔸Minimum 2–5 years experience in International student recruitment OR
Education partnerships / B2B sales
🔸Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
🔸Good knowledge of global education markets (USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Asia)
🔸Experience with CRM systems / digital platforms (experience with admission portals is a plus)
🔸Experience in agent recruitment, sub-agent management, or master agency networks is highly preferred
🔸Ability to analyze data and performance metrics
🔸Fluent English (additional languages are an optional)
🔸Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
🔸Willingness to travel internationally

🔹Experience working with education agencies, student recruitment platforms

🔹Existing network of agents/ partners is a strong advantage

💰 Salary & Benefits
