Cornerstone Academy of Performing Arts is a non-profit dance academy and a ministry of the Cornerstone Church in Anaheim!
CAPA is a faith-based academy and a ministry of the Cornerstone Church in Anaheim. Our goal is to open a full arts academy with dance, music, theater, film, and more! We offer dance classes for students ages 3 and up, in beginning through advanced pre-professional and professional training. We also have teen and adult beginning dance classes for those who want to have fun, learn to dance and break a sweat at the same time!

“Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart” (1 Samuel 16:7)”
God’s definition of beauty is different from this world’s. While most only consider our physical appearance, God looks at the inner beauty of our hearts.
“The epistles stress attributes valued by God: keeping a living faith while enduring physical hardships, controlling the tongue, enduring personal harm to protect the church’s influence, making sacrifices for the good of others, and living by Christian convictions in the face of ridicule. All these are beautiful to God.”
So while our dancers are beautiful on the outside, what makes them truly beautiful is their heart for ministry through dance and their constant pursuit of Christ.

October 24-28 is dress-up week! In preparation for our Harvest Fest on 10/31, dancers are welcome to come to class wearing their fav costume🌸. Please make sure they are still able to dance in their costume & that it’s not distracting or uncomfortable. ⚠️Please avoid masks and scary/gory costumes.

NEW CLASS ALERT!!! Yep, you saw that right! CAPA is opening a Mommy and Me dance class for ages 2-3 and their amazing moms! This class will be on Wednesday mornings from 9:45-10:30am. Registration is now OPEN!
