Mobi (Man Overboard Individual) demonstrating the preferred method of water entry while wearing a PFD. The outboard arm across the chest to hold the PFD down, and the inboard arm protecting the head. Then, Mobi will step off the side of the vessel, and cross the legs at the ankles.
