❤️🤍💙 The road to the RMCC Olympics has been an amazing learning journey! 35 years of passing the torch from year-to-year of bringing education to nurses all over the region (and beyond). We can't thank everyone of you enough for learning with us and providing GOLD standard care across our communities! Maybe the baton will be passed to a new Olympic team. For now, keep the relay race strong and continue "Learning by Sharing"! 🥇

Literally the pile of bills from funeral homes we are paying today. WE NEED YOUR HELP TO CONTINUE! It’s been 15 years and although we are incredibly proud of that, we feel the donations and event numbers slowly falling. I think it’s because we HAVE been here 15 years and people think someone else is giving, or we have huge grants coming in (we don’t), or maybe they just think we have enough soo…… the truth is what we raise every year goes DIRECTLY for the funerals for that year. And it’s scary. Scary if we don’t exist what the families who lose a baby will be up against. They’ll be making decisions based on finances and that should BREAK YOUR HEART.

Celebrating our 35th year, the Rocky Mountain Childbirth Conference theme of “𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐲 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠” has rippled throughout Montana, across the Pacific Northwest, into Canada, and even to the East Coast.

For more than three decades, participants have gathered to learn the latest evidence-based information in obstetrics and neonatal care—and to do it with laughter, countless smiles, and, occasionally, a few tears. RMCC has been a safe place to let your hair down, connect with colleagues, and share in the joys and stressors of everyday work life.

Over the years, memories have been made, lifelong friendships have formed, and knowledge has been shared with coworkers and, ultimately, with the families we care for.

But as time goes by, even the best things must change.
