Good morning from the dojo! Remember, you can only kick as high as you can lift your knee. Warm ups and stretching are important. Stretch it out! 🐉⛩️

If you see Max, congratulate him on earning his 1st Dan black belt. Max started his karate journey around the age of 7. He's worked through the ranks and grown into an exemplary young man and student.

Max, you are the quiet calm in the dojo (though much taller now) and have greatly developed your strength, technique, and confidence. We are proud to be part of your journey. Congratulations from all of us!
