We are incredibly fortunate to be part of a community that believes in and supports our schools.

A huge thank you to all of the businesses, organizations, and individuals who donated door prizes for our Back-to-School Convocation. Your generosity helped make the day even more special for our teachers and staff.

The support our district receives from this community never goes unnoticed. Whether it's through donations, volunteering, encouragement, or simply showing up for our students and employees, you continue to make a difference.

Thank you for investing in our schools and for helping us kick off another great school year!

What a great way to kick off the 2026-2027 school year!

It was such a blessing to have our entire Amory School District family back together for our Back-to-School Convocation. The energy, excitement, and fellowship were a great reminder of what makes our district so special. This was the first time in three years that we've been able to gather everyone together for this event, and it made the day even more meaningful.

We are incredibly grateful to First Assembly Church for graciously opening the doors of their beautiful facilities and allowing us to host both our fellowship breakfast and convocation. A special thank you to Pastor Justin Myers for sharing such a wonderful and encouraging message. It was the perfect way to begin the school year and a meaningful reminder of the purpose behind the work we do each day.

A heartfelt thank you to Broaddus & Associates for generously sponsoring our breakfast, and to Leisa Howell and Pam Sullivan for preparing a delicious meal, with help from Derrick Maranto. Your generosity, hospitality, and willingness to serve helped make the morning a tremendous success.

As we begin a new school year, we are excited about the opportunities ahead and the impact we will make together. We are ready to Forge The Gold Standard for our students, our schools, and our community.

Here's to an incredible year ahead!

It was a productive two days filled with meaningful conversations, thoughtful planning, and a shared commitment to providing the very best experience for our students, faculty, and staff. We are excited about what lies ahead!

A special thank you to Wes Boock with State Farm Insurance, Modern Woodmen of America, and Educational Material Specialists for generously sponsoring our meals during these meetings. We also extend our sincere appreciation to The Coffee Pot in Amory and Leisa Howell for providing outstanding catering. We are truly blessed to be part of a community that continually supports our schools, our employees, and our students. Thank you for investing in the success of the Amory School District!
