Our 4th graders got to experience pioneer life for the day! They learned how to milk a cow, make butter, pull a handcart and much more! 🤠

Last week, our fifth graders explored the wonders of National Parks at Woodland Hills Elementary! 🌲 They built their own replicas of the arches from Arches National Park and created their very own Old Faithful geysers. 🏞️🌋 Along the way they discovered why National Parks are so important for our enjoyment and the beauty of our country. 🇺🇸 It was an engaging day of hands-on learning, creativity, and curiosity!

A special thank-you to our teachers and parents for sharing their time and helping make this a fun, enriching day of learning. We’re so proud of our students’ creativity, curiosity, and teamwork! 👏

❤️🖤It’s a Great Day to Almost be a Knight!

Yesterday our warriors celebrated Hillcrest Homecoming with a pep ralley. We loved seeing some of our alumni student athletes, cheerleaders, and STUCO members back in the hallways of Woodland Hills. The energy and school spirit reminded us why we love being part of this community! 🏈📣

🇺🇸 Today, our Woodland Hills family gathered to remember September 11th and honor the first responders who keep us safe every day.

Seeing our students' faces light up as they cheered for our local heroes reminded us of the power of community.

To every firefighter, police officer, paramedic, and EMT—thank you for your service and sacrifice. We will never forget. 💙❤️

Our 6th graders had their end of year graduation ceremony today and their annual “run through the halls”. 🎵 However big, however small, let US be a part of it all! 🎵 Best of luck in middle school and thanks for the memories!

Thank you parents for all your help these past few weeks with parties and field trips! We couldn’t have done it without you! Have a great summer!! ☀️
