A few snapshots from our end-of-year spring campout—always one of the highlights of the year!
🌿⛺
Students had the chance to choose their own adventure: from an adventurous backpacking trip to more laid-back tent camping experience. No matter the path, it was a great time filled with connection, exploration, and plenty of memories made.
Here are just a few of the moments that made this event so special!

It is with tender hearts and in the hope of Christ’s promise that we share the passing of Jane Cantrell, affectionately known as Grandma Jane, beloved mother of Mrs. Harriet Clark, who fell asleep in Jesus on March 27, 2026.
Grandma Jane served as the food service director at Ouachita Hills for 15 years, her hands prepared meals, but her life reflected a quiet ministry of love, kindness, and selfless care. She nourished not only the body, but also the spirit, offering warmth, encouragement, and a Christlike example to all who crossed her path.
A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at the Amity SDA Church in Amity, Arkansas on April 24, 2026, at 3:30 PM. Visitation will take place from 1:30 to 3:30 PM prior to the service. For those unable to attend, the service will be available via livestream from the church.
We invite you to lift Mrs. Clark and her family in prayer, asking that the peace of Christ surround them and that they feel His everlasting arms sustaining them in this time of loss.

Life at OHA has been full and rewarding! Our students are growing not only in their academics but also in practical, hands-on skills. We’ve been truly blessed to spend meaningful time together—strengthening friendships, building community, and sharing our faith through door-to-door canvassing and witnessing.

The students had a truly blessed experience during their community service day. Serving others in the community and helping those in need was a meaningful opportunity—not only for those receiving support, but also for the students themselves. The act of giving back left a lasting impact on everyone involved.
