This past weekend our Orientation Leaders gathered for a powerful retreat focused on leadership, connection, and preparing to welcome the next class of UMass students 🎓✨ From team-building activities and meaningful conversations to lots of laughter along the way, it was incredible to see this group continue to grow as leaders.
A special thank you to the Charles River Campus for hosting us and providing the space for such a meaningful experience 🏫🙌
We’re excited to see how these leaders bring what they learned back to campus as we prepare for the upcoming orientation season. 💫
