The fundamental goal of the Movement Neuroscience Lab is to improve quality of life in neurological populations.

We want to apply what we learn from our research to develop targeted interventions that will improve the efficacy and individuality of rehab.

The Behavioral Medicine Lab at UMass Amherst is recruiting participants for an online survey study investigating how dog ownership impacts kids’ health and well-being. Participants must have at least one child between the ages of 3-10 years old and at least one dog who has been in the family for at least 6 months.
