We pride ourselves on a being a child-centered, family owned and operated business. Each lead teacher holds a certification in education. We have exceptionally large classrooms, serve nutritious lunches and snacks, provide transportation for Sweethome UPK students and have a large outdoor play space. We offer an afterschool program for school age children, as well as an all day summer camp. Childr

🎨🌈 **Summer Send-Off Week: Day 3 – COLOR WARS!** 🌈🎨

Today, our classrooms showed off their team spirit for Color Wars! Each classroom was assigned a color, and everyone came ready to represent their team! ❤️💙💚💛💜🧡 We loved seeing our school filled with so much color and excitement!

But the fun didn’t stop there! Our toddler rooms and older enjoyed even more summer fun with a bounce house, followed by a sweet visit from Sweet Tooth Ice Cream Truck! 🍦🎶 The children had a blast choosing their very own sweet treat to enjoy!

🎓❤️ A Special Goodbye… for Now! ❤️🎓

As summer comes to an end, we want to give a very special shoutout to one of our amazing assistant teachers as she heads back to school! 📚✨

She has been such a wonderful help in our 3-year-old classroom, bringing so much care, patience, fun, and support to both the children and teachers. We are so grateful for everything she has done and for the positive impact she has made during her time with us! 💕

While we are sad to see her go, we are so excited for this next chapter and wish her nothing but the very best as she continues her education! 🎉 We are already looking forward to hopefully seeing her during school breaks and, of course, having her back with us next summer! ☀️

Good luck with everything ahead! We’ll miss you, but we know this is only “see you later!” 💖📚

🎉 What a fun-filled week we’re having! 🎉

Yesterday, we showed off our mismatched clothes and rocked all kinds of silly combinations! 👕🧦👗

Today, we’re celebrating Crazy Hair Day with wild, wacky, and wonderful hairstyles! 🤪💇‍♀️💇‍♂️

And the fun isn’t over yet… TOMORROW we’ll be bouncing into excitement with a water slide bounce house and cooling off with a special visit from an ice cream truck! 🏰🍦🚚

🦋🌈 Summer Send-Off is Coming! 🌈🦋
A little reminder for our Amherst families! 💛 Our Pre-K Butterfly classroom has been busy getting ready for our Summer Send-Off themed week, and last week they had so much fun creating their very own tie-dye shirts! 👕🎨

We’re excited to see everyone show off their colorful creations as we celebrate the end of another wonderful summer together! ☀️🦋

🇺🇸🦅 Honorable Mention from Our Buffalo Zoo Field Trip! 🦅🇺🇸

One of the most unexpected and special moments from our Buffalo Zoo field trip happened when a camper from our Williamsville location had the wonderful idea to sing the National Anthem to our national bird — the bald eagle! 🇺🇸🦅

The campers didn’t hesitate… they took it away! 🎶❤️

The BFK staff were absolutely amazed and so proud watching our young campers sing every single word of the entire song. Their confidence, enthusiasm, and love for the moment were truly something special. You can even hear some of our staff joining in about halfway through! 🥹

And then came the sweetest part…

When the song was finished, the campers noticed the bald eagles flapping their wings and immediately decided it was their sign of approval! 🦅👏🇺🇸

Whether it was coincidence or not, we’re choosing to believe those eagles were cheering them on! ❤️

It was such a spontaneous, patriotic, and unforgettable moment — the kind of memory that makes summer camp so special. We couldn’t be prouder of our campers! 🇺🇸🦅❤️

🦥 What a way to wrap up summer camp field trips! 🦕
This past Monday, we had our final joint summer camp field trip of the season, and what better way to finish things off than with a trip to the Buffalo Zoo! 🐾

We had such a great time exploring the zoo, seeing all the amazing animals, and checking out the additional dinosaur setup. 🦖 The kids especially enjoyed getting up close to all the prehistoric fun!

And as if that wasn’t exciting enough, we even got to see the new sloth at the zoo! 🦥💚

It was the perfect way to end an incredible summer filled with fun, friendships, adventures, and plenty of memories. We’re so thankful for everyone who helped make this summer camp season such a success! ☀️💛

Last week, both of our summer camp programs headed over to Mason’s Mission for a day packed with splash pad fun, playground adventures, and plenty of smiles! 🛝💦😎

Our campers had a blast cooling off, running around, playing with friends, and making memories together. We’re so grateful for opportunities like this that let our campers get out, explore, and enjoy all that summer has to offer! ❤️

The second week of August was a movie-filled adventure for both of our summer camp programs! Our campers got to sit back, relax, and enjoy a fun day at the movies with their friends. 🎥✨

Today, we celebrate a truly special milestone—15 years of dedication, love, and commitment to our childcare center! 💕✨

For the past 15 years, our Assistant Director has been a wonderful source of support for our children, families, and staff. Their compassion, leadership, and dedication have helped make our center the special place it is today.

We are so grateful for the countless memories, the little moments that mean so much, and all the love poured into the children and families throughout the years. 🌟

What an incredible two days at Penn Dixie Fossil Park! 🥾🐚🌾🦴

Our two groups of Summer Camp children had an amazing time yesterday and today visiting Penn Dixie, where they became junior paleontologists for the day! The campers explored, dug for real fossils, learned about prehistoric life, and discovered the excitement of hands-on science and history.

There were plenty of smiles, teamwork, and unforgettable discoveries as everyone searched for ancient treasures and enjoyed the great outdoors. We are so proud of our curious explorers and grateful for the wonderful educational experience.

A big thank you to the staff at Penn Dixie Fossil Park & Nature Reserve for making our visits so engaging and memorable!
