Want to learn the basics of Nature Printing to add to your list of teaching skills. The International Nature Printing Society will be meeting for a week of workshops in July at the Schoodic Institute in Acadia National Park in Maine. A one day educator workshop is planned for Wed, July 27th. You will leave having had three different classes learning multiple techniques; a great lunch with other nature printers, a copy of the Nature Printing Guidebook published by the Society, and a pile of great artwork you printed that day. We are having a free Train the Trainer workshop for the North American Association Environmental Education (NAAEE) Guidelines for Excellence. It will be broken down into 3 parts. We will have three 1.5 hour sessions with homework in between.
The dates would be March 30, April 13 and then skip for April vacation and the last one is May 4 from 3:30 to 5. It is our expectation that the people who attend will hold or assist with a workshop within a year.
