The Five College America Reads Tutor Program is a collaborative effort of college administrators from five area campuses, and Five Colleges Inc. America Reads/America Counts is a program promoted by the federal government to use university Federal Work Study (FWS) students as reading tutors to help children improve reading skills, with the goal of helping all children read independently by the end
