Four SHA Swim records fell at the meet held at the Nassau Aquatic Center in Long Island this past weekend. Maya Huntress '26 was a double winner at the meet. She won the 50 free with a time of 23.79 and 100 butterfly in 57.32, both new school records. Maya will move on to the NYS Federation Meet in Webster on November 22 - 23. The 200 free relay team of Madelyn Loehfelm '28, Haley Loehfelm '26, Huntress and Isabella Ryan '26 set a school record with a time of 1:39.62. The fourth school record was set in the 400 free relay with Molly Fulco '25, M. Loehfelm, Huntress and Ryan finishing in 3:40. Also competing for SHA were Lauren Hart '26, Katie Philips '28 and Natalie Ryan '28. Sacred Heart finished in 4th place, which is one place higher than in 2023. Congratulations, Sharks 🦈♥!

Chamber Singers at the BPO – TONIGHT!
Chamber Singers will be performing in the Mary Seaton Room at Kleinhans Music Hall tonight - Saturday, March 9 as part of the Community Spotlight Series.
The Chamber Singers will perform from 6:45 - 7:15pm. The BPO concert will be from 7:30 - 9:30 PM (approximately)
All attendees will need to purchase a ticket in order to enter the hall to see both the Spotlight performance and the BPO concert. Discounted Tickets are available for all SHA Parents, Family, Students, and Faculty & Staff. Mention that you are with Sacred Heart when ordering. You must have a ticket to enter Kleinhans, even if you only wish to see the Chamber Singers.

Congratulations to Juliette Mueller ‘24 who won the Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizens Scholarship Contest for her essay titled "Our American Heritage and Our Responsibility for Preserving It". Juliette presented her essay to the local Daughters of the American Revolution chapter this past weekend and her essay will now move on for consideration at the New York state level.
