The Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN) program is a free resource and referral program to improve care coordination for infants, children and youth from birth to 21 years old who have a serious or chronic medical, physical, behavioral, emotional or developmental condition.

To apply or learn more, visit erie.gov/cyshcn, call (716) 858-1920 or email [email protected]. Anyone with questions about their child’s eligibility is encouraged to call.

Our 5thPop Up Pantry was an overwhelming success!! We provided more than 250 students with backpacks, school supplies and clothing for the new school year! Thank you to our outstanding volunteers, our generous donors, our community partners and the Amherst Youth & Recreation Department for making this another successful event!!
