First grade Mrs. LaValley’s class tested a house they built to see if it could withstand the wind. This was one of the many activities taking place in our classrooms. Testing is part of the Design Process, and rebuilding based on your observations and analysis.Special thanks to the classroom teachers who guided the children, parents, for the incredible donations, and our Stem Coach Jenn Donais for leading this first time endeavor this year.

Good Morning Families,

Today is Veteran’s Day and the schools are closed. If you are not working, there are area celebrations taking place in Amesbury and surrounding communities. Please take time to honor those that serve others during difficult times. For teachers, we have lost former students, and presently, many of us have students who have parents serving as we speak today. Amesbury has a gathering each year and today is no exception. There are also local establishments and retail stores offering meals and discounts. Please treat yourself, you deserve it.❤️
