After a teaching career spanning 35+ years, 6 school districts, both public and private, 3 licenses, 1 Master’s Degree, 20+ years experience with language based learning disabilities, 15+ years experience with teaching general education math/science, and an enthusiasm for engaging all students to become curious, confident learners, I decided it was
time to venture out on my own. My research in beginning my own business led me to key people who guided me in the right direction. Within six months, I had enough of a client base to move from traveling to local libraries relying on their hours to opening my own office and offering hours best for my students. Today, Successful Solutions offers hourly tutoring sessions from 2:30 - 9:00 PM daily in executive functioning/study skills, math (including help navigating online courses), SAT prep, and other test prep including SSAT, ASVAB for students in Grades 1 - 12 and beyond. In addition, I offer SAT prep courses through Amesbury High School and an affiliation with Landmark School is in the works for the Fall of 2018. Call me to schedule an appointment.
