The Multicultural Student Success Office is a part of the College of Design. The Director of Equity, Inclusion, and Multicultural Student Success (DMSS), Jordan Brooks and Graduate Assistant for Multicultural Student Success, (GMSS), Marwa ELkashif, provide assistance and guidance in understanding issues of equity and inclusion in the college, at Iowa State University, and beyond.
