Join us for the Edgewood Locker Invitational on May 9th as part of the Cyclone Youth Meat Judging Series. This is a great opportunity for Iowa 4-H and FFA members to gain hands-on experience, sharpen their skills, and get prepared for the State FFA Meat Judging Contest on May 19th.

The Cyclones had a great day at the March to the Arch Meat Judging Contest hosted by Frick’s Quality Meats and University of Missouri!

This group put together a strong performance, earning Champion Team honors while placing:
🌪️ 1st in Pork Judging
🌪️ 1st in Specifications
🌪️ 1st in Total Placings

Individual Highlights:
• Leah Sargeant – 5th Overall
• Ashley Hudson – 2nd in Total Placings and Total Pork Judging
• Molly Matthiesen– Tied for 3rd in Specifications
• Christina Jackson – 3rd in Total Pork and 1st in Specifications
• Katie Finnegan – 2nd in Reasons and 4th Overall

Proud of the work this team continues to put in each week and the way they represent Iowa State wherever we go.
