Another congrats goes out to Braden Fels! 🎓🎉 He is graduating with a major in Political Science with a minor in Leadership Studies.
What’s next?: I plan on getting a Master’s Degree in Student Affairs.
Some things you’ve learned: One lesson from the LDST program I learned was a great dive into leadership theory, and the different reasons as to why people lead as they do.

A loud congrats for JJ Wilson! 🎓✨He is graduating with a major in Communication Studies with a minor in Leadership Studies.
What’s next?: After graduation I will be a missionary both in the US and Botswana. And I will be using the interpersonal communication skills I learned to be a more intentional and effective communicator with others!

A huge congrats to our student intern, Brayden Finley! 🎓🎉 He is graduating with majors in Public Relations and Political Science with a minor in Spanish.
What’s next?: I am currently undecided on what I am doing after graduation, but I am on the job hunt and hoping to travel!
Some things you’ve learned: During my time at Iowa State and the LDST department, I have met so many great people who have taught me how to be a better teammate and communicator. The connections I have made and the lessons I have learned will stay with me as I move forward, regardless of where my career takes me.
