Helser rooms come with the wardrobe, desk, desktop bookcase, chair, loft bed, and mattress! The rooms are 12' x 14'

How big is the desk? Can a futon fit under the loft? How tall is the wardrobe? We've got answers!

Each room comes with a lofted twin XL bed with mattress, a desk, bookshelf, and desk chair, and either a wardrobe with built-in drawers or a closet and stand-alone dresser. If you'd like to take a closer look at this furniture, take extra measurements, or ask more questions about them, you can at the orientation resource fair on day two of new student orientation in the Student Innovation Center!

Bonus tip: You can look up your floor plan in the housing portal under your room details. There, you can see dots that signify square footage. You can use that floor plan and these measurements to help map out your room ahead of time!
