Iowa State Claims Victory Over In-State Rival Iowa - Iowa State University Athletics Iowa State (2-3-1) women's soccer defeated the Iowa Hawkeyes (2-3-2) on Thursday night 2-1. The win over the Hawkeyes was Matt Fannon's first Cy-Hawk victory and it was the program's first win over Iowa since 2018.
