Our final senior spotlight goes to Tiaira Cordero Lopez!
Tiaira is graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Agronomy and Crop Science. After graduation, she will begin a full-time position as a Research Associate II at Syngenta!
When asked about her favorite memory from her time on the team and in the club, Tiaira said she’ll always remember how competitive everyone got during Pictionary and Kahoots. Her advice for underclassmen is: “Take your time and enjoy it. If it is meant to happen, it will happen!”
We are so proud of you and can’t wait to see all you accomplish. Wishing you the very best, Tiaira! ❤️🌪️💛

As the semester comes to an end we have to say goodbye to our amazing seniors! First up we have Karley Schaefer who is graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and Health. Karley plans to take a gap year after graduation while she apply for Physician Assistant school. While she waits to hear back from schools, she plans to move home and work at the local hospital as a patient care technician. When asked what her favorite memory from the club and team was she said hosting a home show and being able to have everyone’s families there to support our team! Advice she would give to underclassmen is “Don’t be afraid to do something that challenges you, life is too short to worry about the what-ifs and maybes.” We will miss you Karley and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors! ❤️🌪️💛

A fun fact about Caitlin is that she has worked as a wrangler in the Shawnee National Forest for the past two summers and is known as the “donkey tamer wrangler”!
