Cyclone Lambing School Offers Practical Training for Sheep Producers The Cyclone Lambing School on April 17 provides practical instruction on ewe and lamb care before, during and immediately after lambing. This event will take place at the Iowa State University Sheep Teaching Farm in Ames.

Weโre off to a busy start to the spring semester. Our ISU 4th year veterinary students have been busy helping us with pregnancy ultrasounds, while our undergraduate sheep enthusiasts (ANS 4290 students) are actively involved in both ultrasounding and lambing. Weโre very fortunate to have both groups on the farm and appreciate their help and involvement! And a big thanks to our student workers that keep everything running smoothly!๏ฟผ
Also a birthday shout out to our LGD, Zeus, who turns 7 this month! We appreciate all the long hours he puts in on the farm ๐
