Have you ever woken up and thought "I wish I could go have a fun workout with a bunch of people?" No? Well, maybe it's time you start thinking that. Every Wednesday, this group (even if it's just me) will meet on the steps of Beardshear Hall facing Central Campus. We shall begin workout festivities at 5:59 AM: sharp. The festivities will include some running, some core work, and some upper body. I

Apparently the balmy 30 degree weather scares everyone else away. Too bad, the views from the top of the MU ramp were pretty nice!
T Minus 45 minutes until we get started at Beardshear Hall's steps! Get out and enjoy the first day of winter!
One more sleep until we're back at Beardshear Hall tomorrow morning! I look forward to seeing you all there. Tell your friends to come too! It might actually be warm*!!
