What does beef look like on the other side of the world? 🇯🇵🥩

Iowa Beef Council board member Don Swanson and staff member Erin Good recently traveled to Japan as part of a U.S. Meat Export Federation trade mission.

From seeing how U.S. beef is positioned in the Japanese market to learning more about the opportunities ahead, they brought home some interesting perspective on one of our industry's most important export markets.
